NMIS Pipeline

Merging Data We first began in Day 4 with reading in the data from formhub, and merging the relevant datasets together. The main script for this section is MergeDatasets.R. The additional scripts we sourced are included below, which we will look at more in depth later:

Normalizing Data Next, it is necessary to harmonize the data from the three distinct surveying efforts into one normalized dataset. The main scripts for this section are the normalize_*.R scripts for the Education, Health and Water sectors. We will also explore one of the supporting scripts: Normailize_Functions.R
